It's Coming On Christmas!

In 1971 Joni Mitchell published the album Blue including the song River. It is one of my favorite songs of all time. The first line is “It’s coming on Christmas”. Apparently I’m not the only one who likes the song, it has been recorded by 884 other artists since 1971.

So what is the point you might ask? The point is it’s coming on Christmas. In the next 7 weeks or so I will sell half of what I sell all year. It’s a busy time of year for Sanders Woodworking. I will keep making new items all the way through to the 20th of December and then I will rest, for at least one day. When you do your Christmas shopping this year, please look at the items for sale in my shop. I currently have 169 items for sale from $25.00 to $2,068.00.

I love what I do. I work seven days a week most weeks because I like to. You never know how stunning the next bowl or cutting board will be. Most days, I can’t wait to find out. Below is a jewelry dish i just made from quilted big leaf maple from Oregon.
